Overview
Test Management Systems, Inc. (TMSI), a tire calibration and testing company with offices in the US and China, required a redesigned website to better communicate with vendors and prospective clients. Their existing site at the time lacked clarity and did not reflect the technical credibility of the organization.
The objective was to create a structured, professional web presence that clearly presented services, capabilities, and contact pathways while adhering to legal and compliance requirements. They also needed a solution that was easy to update for non-technical site operators.
My Role
I led the design and development of the site independently, working directly with the client’s internal team to define content structure and deployment requirements.
The frontend was built using HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on clean information hierarchy and readability. Because the organization operated within regulated industry standards, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure published content met internal legal and compliance review processes prior to deployment.

Approach
The site was designed to prioritize clarity and direct communication rather than complex interaction. Content sections were structured to support vendor relationships and prospective client outreach, with clear navigation and contact options.
Deployment was coordinated with the client’s internal team to ensure hosting and compliance standards were met.
I also provided training documentation to their internal communications team to allow for easy future site updates. This was a key factor in picking Wordpress as the content management system.

Outcome
The rebuilt site provided TMSI with a clearer, more professional digital presence aligned with their industry positioning. The structure allows internal teams to communicate effectively with vendors and potential clients while maintaining compliance standards.
